A ruffled playful skirt made of basalt beads, military pieces and heavy plastic red rope, mirrors the unscalable catastrophe being presented to us, in our full comfort using state of the art technology.

Created during the period of COVID-19 pandemic, this jacket represents the thoughts & ideas that starts going into uncontrollable loops in the silence of solitude. A familiar experience that became to many the roots for new bonds between very different individuals.

THE BUBBLE WRAP JACKET
During the pandemic, we all lived an unavoidable paradox: in order to keep our dearest safe, we had to isolate ourselves and stay far apart. This jacket, through the use of different protective and isolation materials is a metaphorical representation of the unlimited desire to protect and shield a love one.
